How do I scan a what3words address? (App only)

You can enter a what3words address into the app using your phone’s camera. Here’s how:
1. In the search bar, tap the Scan icon. It’s the square frame with /// in it, next to the microphone icon.
2. Point your camera at the what3words address. Make sure it sits in the scanning window. Hold still for a few seconds, giving it time to scan the address.
3. Select the correct what3words address from the list of suggestions.
