How does what3words work indoors?

While what3words addresses exist for the entire world – including indoor places – we recommend you use them only when you’re outdoors. This is because your device’s GPS accuracy will be most reliable when you’re outside.
In the future, we hope to see the technology for indoor positioning and navigation improve but, for now, we recommend using our app only when you can see the sky above you.
