Why isn’t a street address coming up when I type it in the search bar?
Edited
The search bar in our app and online map uses data from an external map provider. This might be Google or Apple, for example. The default map provider varies by platform and you can change this in your settings (see Similar topics below).
This means that if you’re using Google Maps as your provider, the address information you’re searching for will need to be recognised by their database.
If a street address isn’t recognised by the map provider, try searching for a simpler version instead. For example, try taking out the building number or searching for the postcode or ZIP code. Once you're in the right general area, you can then move the map to find the place you’re looking for and select the precise square you need.
