Why do I get a different what3words address every time I press the current location button?
Edited
If you get a different address each time you press the current location button – and your real-world location hasn’t changed – it’s because the GPS signal for your device is weak or still stabilising.
In most cases, you simply need to wait a moment for the signal to stabilise and the blue dot will settle on the correct 3 metre square for your location. If your device isn't giving you a stable current location, you can instead move the map yourself and manually select the correct square. Satellite view is best for this.
