We rely on the map providers for the maps/satellite images, and this issue is to do with inconsistencies between the map view and satellite view on different map providers. While the 3 word address will be pointing at the same point on the planet, the map or satellite image provider is displaying the position in a slightly different place on their version of the map/satellite images.
