How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

On iPhone or iPad:

1. Open the App Store

2. Tap your profile icon at the top right

3. Tap ‘Subscriptions’

4. Find and tap the what3words Pro subscription

5. Tap ‘Cancel Subscription’

6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted

On Android:

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device

2. Tap on your profile icon and then select ‘Payments & Subscriptions’ followed by ‘Subscriptions’

3. Find and tap on the what3words Pro subscription

4. Tap on ‘Cancel subscription’ and follow the on-screen instructions

Via our website:

1. Log into your account

2. Click the menu icon in the top right corner

3. Select your name

4. Click ‘Plans’ on the left hand side menu

5. Click ‘Cancel subscription’ and then ‘Cancel subscription’ again

Note: if you sign up to what3words Pro through our app, you will need to cancel the subscription via Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).
