How do I import what3words addresses from files or images? (Pro feature)

Here’s how to extract what3words addresses from an imported file or image in the app or on the web:

1. Tap or click the Import button

2. Select your file type: CSV, image or PDF

3. Select the file to upload. Note, on web you can drag and drop the file you want to upload

4. Ask a question or give an instruction, for example Extract the what3words addresses from this file and save them to my work list

App Specific Import Caveats 

• Can import CSV, image or PDF file types

• Can import one file at a time

• Files need to be less than 32MB
  

Web Specific Import Caveats

• Supported file types and sizes:

  • Files: CSV, PDF, Markdown up to 32MB

  • Images: PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP up to 50MB

• Can import 2 files per request
