What if I hit my AI limit in what3words AI? (Pro feature)

Every user has a what3words AI monthly limit that extends across all what3words Pro products, including what3words AI in the what3words app and in WhatsApp.
If you see a message saying you’ve hit your monthly limit, please message our Customer Support team.
The monthly usage limits are based around ‘fair usage’ and we are keeping this under constant review. If you have a very high AI usage, you may wish to explore another what3words solution like an API integration. If you contact our Customer Support team with your requirements, we will be happy to advise.
