If you’re having trouble logging in, please check that you’ve selected the Log in option and not Sign up by mistake.
You should then check that you’re entering the correct email and password for your account.
If you've checked both of the above and you’re still having trouble logging in, then please contact support@what3words.com and we will be able to help.
