How do I disconnect my what3words account from my vehicle?

Via your vehicle:

1. Open what3words in your vehicle’s infotainment system

2. Go to Settings 

3. Tap Log out to the right of your account name. This will be at the top of the Settings section, under Account

4. Tap Log out again to confirm 
   

Please note: if you try to disconnect your account from your vehicle while it is offline, logging out will erase your user data from this vehicle. The vehicle will still be visible in Connected Platforms in the what3words mobile app.

Via the mobile app:

1. Open the what3words app and go to the menu

2. Tap Connected platforms

3. Tap Disconnect for the vehicle you’d like to remove

4. Select Confirm
